1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with our QR code photo sharing service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.
To qualify for our 30-day guarantee:
- You must be a first-time subscriber to Pixilia
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription date
- You must provide a brief reason for the refund request
- Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
2. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are provided, but your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions offer significant savings but have different refund terms:
- Full refund available within the first 30 days
- Partial refunds may be considered for unused months in exceptional circumstances
- Technical issues preventing service use may qualify for prorated refunds
3. Event-Based Refunds
We understand that events can be unpredictable. Special refund considerations apply for:
Event Cancellations
- Events cancelled due to natural disasters or emergencies
- Venue cancellations beyond your control
- Health-related cancellations with documentation
Technical Failures
If our service experiences technical issues during your event that prevent guests from uploading photos, we will provide a full refund or service credit for the affected period.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your account email address and subscription details
- Include a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
5. Processing Time
Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or due to banking delays beyond our control.
